Other Information: We draw artists for our competition from as many as 8 states and seek to increase that number each year! Our location is in the historic mining distric of Colorado. Victor is a step back in time. The surrounding mountain area is perhaps the most beautiful in Colorado, situation on the front range at 9-10,000 feet.
